In this regard, using the SDSM software and CanESM2 model based on three scenarios RCP2.6, RCP4.5 and RCP8.5, the wind speed and direction of the Zahedan station were studied to 2050. And using the WRPLOT software, for these statistical periods were drawn sixteen directions daily Wind Roses. The results show that the usability factor of the present runway of Zahedan Airport in the statistical period 1991-2017 equal to 95/02%. Forecasts to 2050 show that the usability factor of the present runway of this airport in the two scenarios of RCP2.6 and RCP4.5 has increased by 2.99% and 3.01% respectively, and reaches to more than 98/01%. While this usability factor decreased by 1.8% at RCP8.5 and equal to 93.22%, which is lower than the minimum runway usability factor (95%).
