The average temperature in the study area in the negative phase is 8.1 ° C, while in its positive phase it reached 18.05 ° C. In the case of precipitation, the situation is reversed, as long as the greatest atmospheric depletion occurs during the positive Black Sea’s surface temperature anomalies. As the average rainfall in the west and northwest of Iran during the negative phase of the Black Sea is 321.2 mm, while in the positive phase, it was reached 21.89 mm. That's about 21 percent of the annual precipitation (410/4 mm), and about 80 percent of the rest occurred in the negative phase of the Black Sea’s surface temperature.
In the negative phase of the Black Sea’s surface temperature, the coefficient of spatial variation for the temperature has increased so that the difference between the central indicators in the negative phase of the Black Sea confirms the above. This situation indicates that the temperature fluctuations in the west and northwest of Iran are most affected by the negative anomalies of the SST of black sea, rather than the positive anomalies. However, in the case of positive anomalies, daily fluctuations in temperature are decreased and, conversely in precipitation they are increased. Also, during the black sea’s surface temperature anomalies, the distribution and spatial variations of precipitation were 35.72% and the mean deviation was 31.87 mm.
